These are the most commonly asked questions of my online art gallery. Please take a moment to read this section. If you do not find your answer here, you may e-mail me at charity@fairydustimages.com. I will get back with you in one business day.
I accept payments through Paypal. No worries, you don't have to have a Paypal account to make your purchase. Paypal has made an option for those of you that don't have a Paypal account so that you can make your purchase with your credit or debit card. Paypal is a safe, secure, and reliable way of making your payment!
Your items will be packaged with the best of care because I want it to get to your home safe and sound. Your items are very important to me and I want you to be happy when you receive them! I take the time to package them with tissue paper and fantasy flare because your support is special to me and I want you to feel special too. The shipping and handling charge covers labor and the material needed to pack your items. I use USPS first class mail.
Most orders will be processed within 2-3 days, but because some of my items are custom made to order they require creation, printing and drying time so I do ask you to allow me 7-10 days to fill your order before it ships from my art studio in Hudson, Florida.
If you are not completely happy with your order and want to return them please read my policy as followed:
1) E-mail me within 1 week of receiving your order and describe in detail why you are returning it. You may add photos if necessary. You will receive a response within hours of your email.
2) I will then give you instructions on how to return your order. The items will be expected to be returned just the way you received it at you cost for shipping it back.
3) When your order is returned to me, I will give you a full refund for the item price. ( I do not refund the initial shipping cost.)
PLEASE NOTE: If you buy an original painting from me there is no refund or exchange. I also do not refund limited edition hand embellished art prints because if it is bent I can not resell them. Please e-mail me if there is a problem with your print and I will do my best to make it right. I realize, at times, that while your print is in transit things may happen and I don't want my customer to be unhappy.
I urge you to read my Refund Policy closely so that we can make a smooth transaction.
Yes. All of my art work has been copyright registered and are owned by me. Only I can give you or a company permission to use my artwork with a signed contract.
I am interested! Please contact me with you thoughts via e-mail and include details about your product and company. I have paintings available for licensing depending on the product.
Yes you may but when you do, please leave my watermark and copyright on the image.
Yes you may! If you do decide you are going to have my artwork for a tattoo, I would appreciate it if you purchased the print you want from my art gallery. This will give the tattoo artist a perfect picture to use and you will help support me, the artist! Please let the tattoo artist know that the print is copyrighted and should not be used at his/her discretion. I would also like to have a picture of your new tattoo so that I can post it to my website!
No. I am the sole owner to all of my artwork and retain all the copyrights. If you interested in licensing my artwork for your book cover, product, greeting cards, stationary or commercial website, you may e-mail me at charity@fairydustimages.com. From there, we can work out a contract.

All of my products (that are not paper) are made through the process of dye sublimation. I first take a scanned image from my original painting and design what I want my item to look like with my artwork on it on Photoshop. After I complete the design, I print it out on special paper and heat transfer the artwork to the item. And there you have it!
No, this is just a watermark to protect my artwork while it is on the web. This makes it harder for people to steal my artwork. The print that you purchase will not have no watermark on it but better yet, your print is even prettier that what you see online!
No. Your print will be crystal clear and vibrant with color! It looks this way due to the low resolution of the image. This also helps protect my artwork from people that would want to steal it.
Sorry, I do not.
Of course you can. It is very much appreciated!
It is a thought that I may entertain in the future but not at this time.
It kind of just appears in my thoughts. It almost seems to come to me as I am drawing. I got an idea of what it is going to look like but then the drawing takes control. Sometimes I ask myself, "How did I come up with that?"
I do! Each original painting and limited edition art prints have one. They also have been signed by me.
Please email me at charity@fairydustimages.com. I typical answer back within a day. Most of the time, I can make the art on the product you are asking for.
